The Lakeshore Bankruptcy Center, part of Hann Persinger PC, provides legal services for bankruptcy cases. All of our bankruptcy attorneys keep current on the changes in the law, including the major revisions to the bankruptcy law that were effective in October 2005. We participate in the activities of the local bankruptcy bar and therefore know about the recent developments in the practice of law. In addition, we make it a practice to review legislative changes and read recent cases which interpret the laws on bankruptcy. One of our attorneys serves as a panel trustee for chapter 7 cases and therefore has administered thousands of cases over the years.
